about the Facilitator Fr. Robb McDougall holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Theology (Laval University, Québec City), is a graduate in Piano, Organ, and Voice (Royal Conservatory of Music, Toronto), is certified in Sacred Music and Liturgy (St. Joseph's College, Indiana), holds a Certificate in Clinical Pastoral Education (University of Winnipeg), a Management by Responsibility Certificate (Training Systems Inc.) and a Certificate in Facilitation in Adult Learning, (from Margaret Denis PhD and Associates, Huntsville, Ontario.) Fr. Robb, an incardinated priest in the Archdiocese of St. Boniface, is a bilingual facilitator, retreat/workshop facilitator, singer, musician, composer, music publisher and producer. He is the founder of Adoramus Ministries (1975), a specialized Retreat, Workshop and Music Ministry for the purpose of evangelization, one of the institutions in the Archdiocese of St. Boniface. He presented to Paul VI the album "Celebration of Hope and Joy" to John Paul II the album/ cassette, "To the Glory of Mary/A la Gloire de Marie" and to Benedict XVI, his CD “Adoramus Collections”. He received apostolic blessings for these sacred music & instrumental compositions. He recorded with RCA New York, and received a Broadcast Music Industry Award (1973) for composition of his music "The Theme”. He has performed for Queen Elizabeth & the Royal family, Prime Minister Trudeau and the Premiers of Canada. He has done several television and radio shows for CBC, CTV, and has shared the same stage with such notables as Lorne Greene, Henry Mancini, Sonny and Cher, Jose Feliciano, Guess Who, Dionne Warwick, Lighthouse, Randy Bachman, Grass Roots, Ocean & many others. He was the leader of song and music for the visit of Mother Teresa of Calcutta on her visit to Manitoba. Robb has been awarded a Yamaha Music Inc. Appreciation Award for his contribution to the Canadian Music Industry, and invited by the Jesuit Fathers at St. Paul's College, University of Manitoba as composer in residence (1976‑77). Father McDougall's ministries include Parish Ministry, Rehabilitation Centres Pastoral Work, Hospital Chaplaincy, Music Teacher, Grief Counselling/sessions and Workshops, Geriatrics, Retreats, Workshops, Music Recording, Engineering and producing Cassettes and CD<s. Father Robb is available to facilitate retreats or workshops for Parish Missions, Religious Communities (Retreats/Chapters), Catholic Schools (Presentations and Retreats), and Catholic Health Institutions.
